Your own group. Your own program. A personal quote. Individuals, couples and groups can request an exclusive retreat. Tell us your preferred length of stay, number of ceremonies, activities and participant count. Private retreats cost significantly more than scheduled group retreats.
From 6 participants plus an organizer, you can arrange your own dates, subject to availability. From 8 participants plus an organizer, choose a fully private group with no further participants accepted, or keep the group open to additional bookings.
For every new participant you bring, you receive 10% off your own stay. Returning guests also receive 10% off. These discounts add together, up to 100% of the price of your own stay. Group dates, privacy and discount conditions.
Possible private retreat dates
Your whole stay must fit within an open period. Scheduled group retreats and the two days before and after each are unavailable. Your retreat can be fully private. Any independent plant dieta guests remain completely isolated and do not share your retreat program or ceremonies. Their stays do not block private retreat dates.

Can I book a private custom retreat or bring my own group?
Yes. From 6 participants plus an organizer, you can arrange your own dates, subject to availability. From 8 participants plus an organizer, choose a fully private group with no further participants accepted, or keep the group open to additional bookings.

Individuals, couples and smaller groups can request a separate private custom retreat, which costs significantly more than a scheduled group retreat. Your quote depends on days, ceremonies, activities and participants. Any independent plant dieta guests remain completely isolated and do not share your retreat program or ceremonies.
Custom dates must avoid scheduled group retreats and the two days before and after each. Group organizers can email info@feathercrown.com; individuals and smaller groups can request a private retreat and price quote. We email your quote within three days. Once dates, price, program and ceremonies are agreed, each participant completes their own registration and health screening.
How do I know whether a retreat still has space?
The availability shown beside each date reflects our current registration status. A place is considered reserved once your application has been approved and the required deposit has been received. If a retreat is marked waiting list only, you may still apply as a replacement participant.
What is included in the retreat price?
The program price includes private accommodation, meals and drinks at the center, scheduled Ayahuasca ceremonies, individual traditional healing work, plant baths, translated integration and the activities listed for that retreat format. International travel, transfers and optional extras are separate unless specifically stated.
What is the difference between the 5-day and 10-day retreats?
The 5-day retreat includes two ceremonies. Most dates cover one half of the full 10-day itinerary; Some dates are standalone five-day retreats. Rainforest and cultural activities vary by date. The 10-day retreat includes four ceremonies and the complete activity sequence across both halves, including the broader cultural and rainforest program and the waterfall excursion.
Is the deposit refundable or transferable?
The deposit is non-refundable, except if Feather Crown cancels the retreat or your health screening is unsuccessful. Paying the deposit does not itself constitute health-screening approval. It can be transferred to another available retreat date when the change is requested no later than 30 days before the original retreat begins; if the change is made later, the deposit is forfeited. The deposit is not tied to a name and may be used by an eligible replacement participant.
