Deposit terms
- The deposit is non-refundable, except if Feather Crown cancels the retreat or your health screening is unsuccessful. Paying the deposit does not itself constitute health-screening approval.
- The deposit may be transferred to another retreat date no later than 30 days before the beginning of the originally reserved retreat. If the change is made later, the deposit is forfeited.
- The deposit is not tied to a name. If you arrange a replacement participant who meets the acceptance requirements, that person may use your deposit to reserve their retreat.
Paying your remaining retreat balance
About 30 days before your stay, we will send your remaining retreat balance and bank-transfer instructions for our Mercury account held by Jan Rostlinka LLC. This request covers the retreat balance only and does not include transport.
Use domestic ACH from a US bank account, or an international USD transfer from a bank account outside the USA. Alternatively, the remaining balance may be paid in cash in USD upon arrival, if arranged with us in advance.
About 7 days before your stay, once transport has been organized, we will send its amount and payment instructions separately.
Early departure: If you voluntarily leave the retreat early, no refund is provided.
Travel insurance: We strongly recommend comprehensive travel and medical insurance. Cancellations caused by a cancelled flight, illness or personal circumstances remain subject to our regular cancellation policy.
