I am aware that the booking deposit is non-refundable. However any deposit can be transferred to another date if done at least 30 days before the originally booked event begins. The deposit can also be transfrerred to another person for free any time. In case the even in cancelled, the organizer issues a full refund of any depodsits, but is not responsible for covering any losses due to event being cancelled. In order to prevent any losses, a travel insurance or refundable flight tariff is recommended.

No medications, supplements, or natural remedies may be taken during the retreat without the express written permission of Feather Crown.
